How should I store my cakes and pastries?
Most of our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. However, for cakes containing fresh cream or cream cheese, we recommend refrigerating them and taking them out 30 minutes before serving for the best texture.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We currently require at least 48 hours' notice for all online orders to ensure your items are baked fresh. For urgent requests, please contact our physical boutiques directly to check for immediate availability.
Are your products Halal-certified?
While Chalk Farm is not Halal-certified, we do not use pork or lard in any of our recipes. Some of our cakes contain alcohol, which is clearly indicated in the product descriptions.
Can I customize the sweetness level or design of a cake?
To maintain the integrity of our signature flavors, we do not offer customizations for sugar levels. For bespoke designs or large event orders, please email our team at least two weeks in advance.
What is your return and refund policy?
As our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. If there is an issue with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt with photographic evidence so we can assist you.
Do you provide candles and cake knives?
Yes, we provide one complimentary gold candle and a disposable cake knife with every whole cake order. You may request additional candles in the 'Notes' section during checkout.
